A G Plan 'Form 5' teak cabinet, with added dansette legs. The Form 5 range was introduced in 1967 and has a sleek, simple design, featuring sliding doors which sit flat when closed. Originally a wall cabinet, the vintage black legs have been added to make a freestanding cabinet.

Dimensions: Width 76cm, Depth 27cm, Height 69cm.

The cabinet has a removable internal shelf, and a small panel in the back which could be removed for cables if required. In excellent condition with very minor marks to the wood and legs.
