An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and signed by retailer 'GAYDON UPPER NORWOOD' An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Numbered to the backplate 30 and a sound fretted base panel. Circa 1875.
