Excellent quality George 1st Style Walnut Bureau on Stand of small proportions. This Bureau is the best of it's type of Furniture made in Period Style.Figured Walnut Veneers,Crossbanded with Herringbone,Excellent Warm colour, all original Brasses. The Interior opens to reveal Cubby Holes with shaped Friezes,Central Door,Two Secret Bookends, and two concave Drawers.One Long Drawer,all raised on elegant Turned Legs with Pad Feet and lapped detail on the Knee.Oak Linings throughout.Dimensions:_ 57cms w (22.5") x 92cms h (36")C.1920.
