An unusual and substantial George III tambour topped desk in good quality figured mahogany. The tambour opens to reveal an interior with 10 pigeonholes above 4 drawers with turned pulls. The pull out slide with brown leather writing surface with blind & gold tooling. The lower section having 2 wide cock beaded drawers above the 2 pedestals each with 3 graduated drawers and brass swan neck handles.
