George V Artillery officer's sword in its leather field scabbard and with is leather frog. Has a triple bar plated guard with copper wire bound shagreen grip. Wide single edged, acid etched blade with Artillery logo, GVR, Crown, foliage and lattice work. Marked as made by C.Boyton & Son, Clerkenwell E.C. Numbered on spine 1299. Blade has most of its original finish and with one or two small patches of rust staining.

Approximately 106cm overall and blade 89cm.
