A magnificent antique Georgian mahogany hanging corner cabinet with an astragal glazed door and attractive inlay. In a beautifully figured mellow mahogany it has extensive inlay, featuring paterae and stringing to the top pelmet below an inlaid and moulded cornice. It has a green and gold painted interior with 4 scalloped shelves and locks and comes with a key. Dating from circa 1820. With a beautifully hand written name and address in pencil to the top: “Miss Brown 28 Bertram Road Manningham Bradford”.

a small crack in the top corner of the right triangular pane of glass – not very noticeable and no movement (see photo). Otherwise good condition, beautiful patina and figuring to the mahogany.
