Georgian Burr Walnut Mulberry Chest Of Drawers
Antique large Georgian revival burr walnut or possibly mulberry chest of drawers.
This is a lovely quality chest, that is full of age and character.
Dates from the early 20C and has great large proportions.
Finished in beautifully matched burr veneers, possibly mulberry or walnut.
A rare quality piece with clean simple lines and hairy paw feet.
The mahogany lined drawers (hand cut dovetails) slide freely and there is no significant woodworm.
Overall maximum dimensions 110cmW x 58cmD x 113cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. Plywood drawer bottoms. Later handles.
