Georgian Drop leaf/Gateleg

In the best quality mahogany this Gateleg table from around 1800 has a fine turned leg and twin support legs to give that extra quality and stability when the drop leaves are raised. It has been in a store room and needs full restoration and is currently quite dusty. Seats 6 without problem with good elbow room and with a bit tighter for 8. If space is not hughly available it will take up not too much space at about 4ft by 2ft with the leaves down. We have some good sets of chairs that can go with this table too. One of around 50 dining antique tables currently in stock. For a table of this quality at this age the price is remarkable, please try and find a better one for less and possibly half as much again would not be a surprise.
