Georgian Flame Mahogany Chest of Drawers
The chest has two short drawers at the top and three graduated long drawers beneath, the drawers have beautifully figures fronts, some with their blue sugar paper linings still intact and Brass Swan Neck Handles
The top of the Chest has a superb patina, it is skilfully veneered with finely matched cross banded veneers and a moulded edge, the drawers run very smoothly and it stands on bracket feet
The chest of good solid construction it has no creaks, splits or woodworm, it is in good condition with age only related marks
