Very handsome George III mahogany chest on chest c.1800. In two sections with two short drawers over six long drawers of graduated height. Slim crisply moulded cornice, continued at the sides. Over solid mahogany drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and retaining the original heavy brass swan neck handles. Mouldings to the waist and base. Raised on shaped bracket feet front and rear. Superior quality with solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
