George III Welsh oak open dresser base c.1800. Two plank top with a moulded edge over three large drawers with original brass handles with unusual pierced back plates. Over an attractive shallow ogee arched apron, continued on the sides and raised on cabriole front legs and pad feet. Oak sides, drawer linings and back board. Very good colour and condition, some minor damage to the edges, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
