Very nice example of the classic Georgian oak open dresser base from the Welsh/Cheshire borders c.1810. Just over six feet long. Two plank top with a mahogany crossbanded and moulded border. Over three large oak lined drawers, the fronts also mahognay crossbanded to match and with period brass swan neck handles. Straight apron raised on particularly graceful curving carbriole front legs with pad feet. Solid oak sides and back board. Excellent condition and particularly good colour and patina. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
