A late Georgian circa 1800/20 chest of drawers with an updated inky dark blue paint finish.

Of softwood construction veneered with mahogany. The painted surface with wear allowing areas of the wood grain to show through, the whole waxed to a pleasing sheen.

All original turned handles present showing a glorious faded colour.

Evidence of previous use, wear and repair however this all adds to a charming, practical and usable piece of antique furniture.
