Georgian Walnut Chest of Drawers of Small Size


A delightful Georgian chest of drawers of small size and made of solid walnut with a rich colour and fine patina, especially on the
strikingly figured front. The twin plank top above a brushing slide and four, oak-lined drawers applied with most of their original metalwork, on later bracket feet. Two of the drawers retaining newspaper linings from an 1864 edition of the Birmingham Daily Gazette.
