A good quality late 19th Century mahogany pedestal partners desk. The cross banded top with egg and dart style carved edge with the original brown tooled leather writing surface. One side having 9 graduated and cockbeaded drawers with the original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons. The reverse with 3 conforming drawers and 2 cupboards with fielded panelled doors, again with original brass handles. The whole stands on offset plinth bases with hidden castors below. In good original condition, cleaned and waxed, mahogany lined throughout and with working locks and keys. Ready for the home or office
