Heavy Victorian 18ct Gold Gentleman's Half Hunter


High grade Victorian half hunter pocket watch by Thomas Russell in a heavy, solid 18ct gold case.
The dial is generally in very good condition but does have a small, barely noticeable repair on the edge at the 3 o'clock position. It is signed 'Thomas Russell & Son, 91608' and has black Roman numerals. There are no hairlines.
The case is solid 18ct gold (including the dust cover) and bears the hall marks for Chester, 1896. The case is in excellent condition with just a few light scratches and no dings whatsoever. The sprung front cover with black enamel chapter ring and Roman numerals having no losses.
The gilt 3/4 plate, screw set jeweled movement signed 'Tho Russell & Son, Makers To The Queen, Church St, Liverpool' and the serial number '91608'. The movement is in excellent condition and good working order. Measures 55 mm in diameter and weighs 159.53g. We only accept payment via PayPal as we do not have the facility to process payments by other methods.
