A fine quality and rare petite sonnerie, quarter striking and repeating half size gorge case carriage antique clock. A very well case gorge case of small proportions with a large glass top aperture. An enamel dial with moon blued steel hands and 5 minute outer markers. The original lever escapement. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the quarters on two gongs. Complete with the original Henri Jacot numbered key 3784 and travelling box with crown and marked 'E De T' to the top. Circa 1875.
