High Quality Napoleon III Gueridon
A high quality French Napoleon III fine figured mahogany and green variegated marble gueridon centre table. The thick circular marble top sits on a deep finely figured mahogany frieze with gilded roundels. The table is raised on 4 square tapering legs with stunning gilded embellishments including unusual winged Egyptian heads with harebells, acanthus and sabots. The table is further enhanced with a shaped “X” frame stretcher decorated with ormolu honeysuckle and flower head mounts.
