These are a very smart, very chic and modern looking pair of bedside cabinets in the Hollywood Regency taste. The bedsides have been gilded to accentuate and glamorise their shape.

The bedside cabinets are French and date to the 1920s - 1930s.

The bedside cabinets have been newly gilded in Dutch Gold leaf on a black gesso ground to accentuaute the rococo asymmetry of their carving and design. The black gesso of the sides have been wax polished to retain their matt and the gold has been mildly distressed to soften their lines and the gold work has been finished in clear French polish.

These vintage bedside cabinets are very glamorous but at the same time modern and sleek in a finish that is opulent without being dustily antique. These bedsides are a good starting point for a bedroom furnished in glamour.

The bedside cabinets are each 23 inches high and 22 inches wide and 15 inches deep
