A good Chippendale period mahogany drop leaf table. The oval drop leaf top supported on well carved cabriole legs to claw and ball feet with carving and ‘C’ scrolls to the knees. Condition - very good and constructed from very dense Cuban mahogany. Dimensions:- Height…28.75’’/ 73cm. Width…48’’/ 122cm. Depth (closed)…18’’/ 46cm. Depth (leaves up)…58.5’’/ 148.5cm. Depth of each leaf…21’’/ 53cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55. English circa 1760.
