A superb Italian mid century gilt metal ceiling chandelier with 8 branches each with a petal sconce. The central column, with large decorative metal pomegranate, is suspended from a fluted and foliate ceiling rose and terminates with an inverted small pomegranate. The condition of the metal work is good, there is some minor wear to the gilding in parts, but this only adds to the vintage charm and appeal of this beautifully proportioned chandelier. The chandelier has been rewired to UK standards. A lovely piece to add style to any room.
