This is a delightful 19th century Italian wall sconce in carved Limewood dating from around 1890. The sconce has a twin candle holder design around the small central mirror with carved ribbon detail at the very top. The outscrolling arms are in a gilt metal with gilded hanging chains which terminate in hand carved tasselled ends.
A pretty piece that will look really charming with added candlelight.

The sconce measures 60 cms high by 18 cms wide by 7 cms deep
