This is a very romantic piece the carved gilded sides have representations of old books and hearts pierced with arrows at each side
This book case has a sloped book trough at the top lined in old Violet Velvet and below there is another similar
The bookcase is in good very attractive sturdy condition and would work very well in your boudoir, or anywhere else
