This attractive lidded muffin dish is of a moulded form and decorated in a cobalt blue, iron red and gilt Imari inspired pattern. The base carries an iron red fractional pattern number 2/5802, and dates to somewhere around 1830-41.
The muffin dish is 8.125 inches (20.6cm) in diameter, 4 inches (10.2cm high and is in a very good condition with no chips cracks or repairs.
