Large Antique Victorian Walnut Extending Dining Ta
Offered for sale is this superb quality Victorian walnut telescopic dining table extending from 54" x 54" to 116" x 54" with three leaves, 24", 20" and 18" giving a versatile range of sizes, a comfortable 12 seater. It is a rich conker brown colour and would go equally well with walnut or mahogany chairs. The rectangular top has canted corners with a double edge moulding above turned and reeded supports with brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism works very smoothly and comes complete with winding handle. The table has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition and dates to about 1890. We specialise in antique dining suites trading from our own showroom in Wokingham, Berkshire .
