Large Mahogany & Leather Twin Pedestal Desk Table
Antique large quality mahogany & leather twin pedestal desk writing table.
Dates from the mid 20th Century.
This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character.
Solid with no loose joints and no significant woodworm.
Sought after large proportions.
All of the drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect). There are 7 drawers, plus a double height file drawer in the bottom right hand side.
There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested.
An attractive quality piece.
Note that this item spits into 3 parts (top plus two pedestals) for transport.
The soft black leather top is a recent replacement.
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 153cmW x 91cmD x 79cmH (61cmH x 62cmW knee hole)
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Some board products have been used in the construction.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
