Antique large mid 20C oak writing table desk.

Very large proportions with simple minimalist design.

The desk is solid with no loose joints and the drawers slide freely.

The legs are removable.

Overall dimensions

1525mmW x 840mmD x 765mmH x 595mmH knee hole.

Historic knocks, marks, wear, repairs and alterations. There is no key and the lock is untested. Board products have been used in the construction of this item (as was the norm. for this period). The top and drawer fronts are oak veneer with solid oak edging around the writing surface. There is a little (but not too much) historical distortion (approximately 10mm sag in the centre of the top above the drawers and one leg is not perfectly straight), but this is slight and in the realms of normal/to be expected.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able-bodied person for our driver to assist with carrying.
