Large Newly Upholstered Centre Footstool
Great proportions to this large newly upholstered centre footstool or ottoman, covered in a woven light blue with off white vein fabric and finished with antiqued brass studs to the corners.
Stands on these wonderful late Georgian turned and spiral reeded mahogany legs.
Shown in the photos with a large tray to hold drinks etc for scale (example only) and leaves lots of space for putting your feet up too…the frames is very solid and being newly upholstered, this stool is also happy to hold a few seated adults if and when you might require some more seating.
Measuring:
16 1/2 inches or 42 cm high
48 1/2 inches or 123 cm wide
30 1/2 inches or 77.5 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
