Large Victorian Rosewood Barley Twist Centre Table
A lovely rosewood centre table. We date this table to the late 19th century.
The table top sits on lovely barley twist legs with open fretwork ends over a shapely arched rail fitted with brass castors. There is a barley twist H stretcher for support.
The main table top is rectangular in shape with a recessed apron. There is a very discreet drawer to one side of the table.
The table has a height of 30" (76cm), a width of 56.5” (144cm) and a depth of 29" (73cm).
This lovely table remains in a good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are some light scratches and usage marks to the table surface and side edges from past use.
This remains a very stylish and elegant centre table. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
