Late 19th century Abyssinian Shotel sword with an Italian made blade. Note there is no scabbard with this item. Has a three piece carved horn grip and a curved, etched blade. Etched with foliage, coat of arms and regimental marks. There is general wear overall with some pitting to blade.

Approximately 104cm overall and blade 91cm.
