This is a very attractive and decorative French boulle antique clock with ormolu mounts and red tortoiseshell case beautifully and profusely inlaid with brasswork. The clock is in good working order running for 8 days and striking a lovely tone on a bell on the hour and half hour. This has its original decorative ormolu key and pointers and porcelain dial which has a small chip to the right key hole and a couple of minor hairlines to the lower area but not that noticable and do not detract. The case is in excellent condition with a gorgeous colour to to rich red tortoiseshell.
The clock measures 30cms high by 16cms wide and 10cms deep.
