Late 19th.c. chaise longue or daybed c.1880. Identical design on both sides allows it be used as either a left or right handed chaise. A mechanism in the backrest allows it to be lowered to two reclined positions. Sprung seat buttoned around the base on both sides. Turned mahogany legs with original brass and porcelain castors. Good solid unrestored condition in a faded stripe fabric.
