Very impressive late 19th oak open bookcase c.1880. Measuring 100″ in length with a solid oak top with a thumb moulded edge over two open bookcase sections each fitted with two adjustable shelves at 10″ depth providing 23 feet of shelf space. With an exceptional Renaissance style carved frieze featuring a stag, birds and scrolling acanthus leaves. Raised on a tall moulded plinth. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
