A lovely quality, late George 111 period mahogany collectors cabinet. This has a single door complete with a locking key and a drawer above, the door opens to reveal eight mahogany graduated drawers, all with their original oak and pine linings. The door is inlaid in Sheraton style with an oval flame mahogany in the centre. The brass handles on the top exterior drawer and the brass drops on the interior drawers are all original. The condition throughout is excellent. Sizes: 18”(46cms) wide, 18”(46cms) deep, 36 ½ “(93cms) high. Interior measurements of the eight drawers: Top interior drawer: 14”(36cms) wide, 14”(36cms) deep, 2”(5cms) high. Bottom interior drawer: 14”(36cms) wide, 14”(36cms) deep, 3 ½ “(9 ½ cms) high. Date circa 1800.
