Hallmark Rubbed but could be the q for Birmingham 1890.
Carnelian and Bloodstone.
approximate dimensions: diameter of revolving piece 17.2mm, length 23.6mm, weight 6 grams.
There are surface marks associated with normal use and age including a tiny split in the silver about 1.7mm long just by the swivel point. Please see photos.
Overall in very good condition for its age with the stones having no cracks or chips.
