Vintage Travel Trunk - Leather bound - English Made
A large English made trunk suitable for a variety of uses.
This trunk will make a great display or utility piece, a laundry basket or linen storage chest, either in the home or perhaps a retail environment.
The trunk is believed to have been made by WM Insall & Sons c1920 and the image below shows an almost identical trunk being used in WM Insall & Sons advertising campaign at the turn of the century.
The dome top lifts to reveal a clean cotton lined and has retainer straps to prevent the lid falling completely open.
