Libertys Arts and Crafts Fan Back Windsor Chair
Libertys Arts and Crafts Fan Back Windsor Chair after a design attributed to Adolf Loos.
It's hard to show how beautiful this dainty little chair really is. Made in the Arts and Crafts period so 1880 - 1920. Fabulous fan back with six spindles and a curved rail. Shaped seat upholstered with new foam and Old Sanderson Linen Union fabric - pattern William Morris Golden Lily. Turned legs and stretchers with lovely shaped feet. Made from Beech.
Condition: Very nice original polish showing a very attractive worn patina which gives character to the piece. Viewing by appointment is always welcome, telephone 07918 177438 to arrange a convenient time.
