Longines Nickel Italian Railway Open Face Pocket Watch Swiss 1910

A Longines nickel railway open face pocket watch, made for the Italian Railway in Switzerland in 1910. The symbol on the back shows that this pocket watch is made for the Italian market, see scan.

Dial: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has nice blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: “Longines”.

Movement: The anchor lever movement is in great working condition as it has just been serviced by my watchmaker however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. See service report as attached watch just been cleaned and been tested to work within 27 seconds over 26 hours. The movement is signed: “Longines”. The calibre number is 19.71N.

Case: the watch lies in a nickel open face case with a smooth finish with an engraved monogram crest and number: 83792. The inner side of the case is numbered: 3758884.
