Longines Silver 0.800 Art nouveau Open Faced Pocket Watch Swiss 1900

A silver 0.800 open faced Longines keyless wind Art Nouveau pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1900. The all original pocket watch is signed Longines three times: on the dial, on the inside case and on the movement.

Dial: The white enamel dial has black Art nouveau Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has Art Nouveau style hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial is signed: “Longines” in the upper centre.

Movement: The high-grade Swiss made lever escapement movement is clean and is signed: “Longines”, and calibre number: 21.54. The movement is in good working condition however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.

Case: The watch lies in a silver open face case with a slightly rubbed engine turned and monogram free finish. The inner side of the case and cuvette are stamped for silver 0.800. The inner side of the case is signed: "Longines EFCO" with the logo and numbered: 2020497. The outer side of the cuvette shows different medals and is decoratively signed: "Longines, 4 Grands Prix, Paris – Paris Milan Bruxelles".
