Description: Antique Louis XV Genoese console in gilded and carved wood.

The carving is a triumph of foliaceous husks, flowers and leaves while a beautiful foliaceous shell acts as a connecting "key" on the forehead.

The feet bearing a double S shape are skilfully carved and are interspersed with the presence of a mask.

A platform connects the four feet and ends with four feral paws.

Condition: In good condition.

Provenance: Rome 18th century.

Measurements: 82x50 H105cm.
