An impressive mahogany standing corner cupboard with central paterae shell inlay. Interestingly this piece has been adapted from a Georgian grandfather antique clock base, with a alter top and feet, probably in the early 20th century. It features a fancy brass escutcheon and beautiful shell marquetry paterae to the door which opens to reveal 2 pine shelves. The door locks and comes with a working key. Would make a great hall cupboard for shoes etc or would work well in a bathroom perhaps.

Condition Report:
Good colour and patina. Small section of beading missing to top corner of door. Lots of wear and marks commensurate with age. Adapted at some point from a grandfather antique clock.
