Very strong looking & practicable solid mahogany antique breakfront bookcase in the Chippendale style, dating from around the 1910 period & in excellent condition.

It has a spectacularly scalloped out & carved top edge, which is very distinctive & it sits on ogee bracket feet. There are four astral-glazed doors all of which can be locked. The inside bookshelves are all adjustable within the three separate compartments.

This bookcase is of very high quality & consequently quite heavy. It will also hold an awful lot of books.
