Mahogany Extending Dining Table
A good 19th. Century figured mahogany pull out extending dining table with 3 original leaves. When closed the table forms an attractive oval shape with a decoratively carved and moulded frieze and the whole is raised on 6 cabriole legs with carved cabochons to the tops. This dining table may be used in several combinations i.e. no leaves, 1 leaf, 2 leaves or 3 leaves and benefits from having 6 legs which prevents any sagging in the middle which can be a problem with extending antique tables. This table is in excellent condition and retains all the original leaves. Dimensions:- Max.Length with 3 leaves…97.75’’/ 248cm. Height…29.75’’/ 75.5cm. Depth Closed…38.5’’/ 98cm.
