This twin pedestal dining table in mahogany is a top quality example. Dating from the Edwardian era or possibly a little earlier it is well made and boasts a lovely set of quality cast toes on the splay legs of the pedestals and good solid original catches on the leaves of the top. The top snaps as can be seen in the pictures for storage and the table has a spare leaf to give flexibility. A table that can seat six when closed and eight with the leaf. At 42 ins wide it is bigger / wider than many examples which leaves room for service in the centre of the table. This Mahogany dining table has a nicely turned pedestal which together with the top has been fully French polished. The table is now in super condition as can be seen in the pictures, (some pictures show the table prior to restoration) and is ready for delivery, sets of chairs are available to go with this table, sets of six or eight. These can be restored to match the table and the seats can be upholstered in your own choice of fabric.
