Mid 18th Century Woolwork Embroidery
Antique early 18th century woolwork embroidery panel in gros and petit point on linen canvas.
15.5" x 19.5"
Now in a glazed gilt frame.This embroidery was almost certainly originally a chair seat cover as there are two infills at the top on either side where the chair back supports would have been.
In remarkably good order with excellent colours.
Charming subject matter with birds,stylised foliage and hunter with his horn.
Circa 1740 You may return a purchase within 14 days for a refund if you are not happy with it,but you will have to pay the full cost of return postage/carriage.The item must be returned undamaged.
