Mid 19th Century English Antique Sofa.
A good deep and comfortable antique sofa which is an uncommon design that dates from around 1850.
The antique sofa stands on four good quality and well turned walnut legs, all have the original pot castors.
The sofa frame is very solid and all the tradionally upholstered innards are original and in good order.
Originally, this antique sofa would have has a squabl seat cushion.
Currently upholstered in a clean Damask fabric which has some cat scratching down one front corner.
A very comfortable antique sofa which is a generous size, now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms in Lancashire. DimensionsHeight 71cm (27.95") Width 186cm (73.23") Depth 83cm (32.68") Additional Information The seat is 32cm high, then it needs a squab seat cushion.
