Norman Makinson 1951 Wedgwood Festival of Britain
A rare 1951 Mug designed by Norman Makinson for the 1951 Festival of Britain celebrating the centenary of The Great Exhibition of 1851. The image features Crystal Palace in 1851 and the futuristic Skylon Tower 1951.
The mug is in excellent condition with 3 minute paint specks on the handle from the kiln. Please see photos.
