Handsome mid 19th.c. oak and mahogany Welsh dresser base c.1845. Three drawers over a two door cupboard base with a bank of dummy drawers to the centre to allow for the storage of large crochan. Typical of the style produced on Anglesey, the breakfront shape, quarter columns, octagonal door panels, diamond escutcheons and the use of contrasting timbers are all original vernacular details. In excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
