Mid 19th.c. oak longcase clock with 8 day works by Griffith Owen of Llanrwst, a market town in the Conwy valley, North Wales famous for its antique clock making through the late 18th and 19th centuries. Unusual oak case with fruitwood pillars, bog oak inlays and mahogany crossbanding. Original weights and pendulum. The works have been cleaned and overhauled and are sold with a 12 month guarentee. Please note the date wheel is not functioning on this antique clock.
