A charming oil on mahogany panel by Belgium artist M.Gyselinckx. The pianting is typical of the work of the Gyselinckx family and Belgium painting of the period, it shows a farmyard setting with chickens feeding on corn. The painting is in excellent condition and has been professionally cleaned, it is signed to the lower left. The painting is mounted in a period gilt frame which has a great tired, slightly shabby look which gives it a great country house feel. The whole is in very good condition and ready to hang. C.1870.
